Welcome to the Big Bear Yoga Festival!
Three days of music, movement, health, vegetarian food & fun! Friday features two amazing teachers for in-depth workshops, Saturday's line-up provides over 20 classes to choose from and an amazing concert under the starts with Girish, and Sunday ties the amazing weekend up in a glittering bow of delight with relaxtion, intigration and joy.
You can choose from lectures on health and wellness, a wide range of yoga classes, music, yummy food, live music and guided meditation along with lots of outside fun like a zipline, ropes course, canoeing, an observatory and swimming pool. Bring your mountain bike too! There are miles of hiking trails to explore, plenty of space to relax and find serenity.
What is going on at the festival?
We have multiple yoga classes going on over three days, including music, movement classes, lectures on health and wellness, guided meditation and more! Also our location has a small lake for canoeing, a swimming pool and observatory. Come ready for fun and willing to share in your great energy!
Who should come to the festival? What about people new to yoga?
Everyone is welcome! Anyone new to yoga is especially welcome – we have beginning, easy and introductory classes just for you! This is a wonderful opportunity to explore and try something new. More experienced students will also have a wide range of classes to pick from, and an opportunity to deepen your practice. Bring an open mind!
What is included in the registration cost?
In addition to your choice of workshops, lectures and classes with master yoga teachers, you have access to: Guided Morning Meditations, Meditation space by the Lake, Canoeing, Climbing Wall, High Ropes Course, swimming pool, live music, Observatory, Ping Pong, Sand Volleyball, Horseshoes and more! Transportation, meals, and lodging are not included in basic fees. Packages are available that include meals, which we encourage you to take advantage of. Lodging is not included, but we offer camping and dorm style accommodations.
What are the accommodations?
We have many wonderful housing options for you! There is RV and camping, rustic bunk houses with bunk-beds, and dormitory bunk-bed accommodations. You can also find hotel accommodations in town, about 15 – 20 minutes away.
What should I expect at the festival?
Expect a beautiful yoga event in the San Bernardino Mountains. We play under the sun and stars. Our yoga workshops are held inside and outside. Music is by the campfire. The vending area is simple. We have showers, bathrooms, and a pool. More than anything, expect a welcoming and fun festival full of music, movement, health, food and fun!
