Families and friends are encouraged to bike to the event so residents do not have to move around their cars. Adults over 21 will enjoy free samples of ice cold brews while enjoying the five bands playing from 4-9pm consisting of Mobley, Paul Oscher (guitarrist w Muddy Waters), Jacqui Walker, The Matters, & Marcus Morales. We can't wait!
This year we will advertise heavily to the local community of Bee Cave that has 14k people. Regionally to Lake Travis/Spicewood/Dripping Springs/South & West Austin in the age range of 35-44 years with families: approximately 57k people. Advertisements will be mostly on social media through paid ads, and also on Austin City Limits Radio. Last year we had a TV segment, we might get that as well, depends what we can secure.
If will be a great opportunity to get their name out there and speak to thousands of people in the upper class Bee Caves community about an interest they will all be meeting for - biking.
I am Alex of Special Events Live and we produce pecanstreetfestival.org in Downtown Austin and the Independence Day Festival at Hill Country Galleria. Now Bicycles, Blues, & Brews is coming to the Hill Country Galleria this September 7th!
