On June 30th and July 1st 2016, BEYOND – The Global HR Leadership Forum, will welcome over 200 of the most influential, forward-thinking HR leaders and senior executives in Amsterdam to discuss the latest insights and debate the future of this dynamic function. The forum will address the agenda and global themes facing the senior HR community in key business sectors and industries across the world.
Internationally renowned keynote speakers will explore different facets of megatrends – the game changers impacting economies, societies, environments and organizations. They will also provide unique insights and inspiration for a paradigm shift “beyond” what is the currently known and recognized HR best practice. HR leaders and featured guests will share their vision and inspire creative discussions in small breakout sessions. The first day of the conference will be closed with an exclusive forum dinner.
The conference chair will be Eleanor Tabi Haller-Jorden, the President and CEO of The Paradigm Forum GmbH. The opening address will be provided by Hein Knaapen, Chief HR Officer ING Bank. One session will be on the increasing complexity of society and its impact on organizations by Yves Morieux, Managing Director and senior fellow of BCG.
BEYOND HR Forum 2016 is an initiative of KennedyFitch in partnership with Towers Watson and will take place at the most beautiful congress center in the heart of Amsterdam: The Beurs van Berlage.
