Benefit Trail Ride,

About the event

Starting October 7th, 2017,  we will hold a benefit trail ride and silent auction and we plan to hold this ride on an annual basis. 
Riders and attendees have the opportunity to win prizes donated from businesses. Our silent auction will also include some awesome items donated by businesses. 

The two groups chosen for our first year are Save The Horses (Georgia) and Wild Hearts Rescue Ranch (Arizona)
100% of the proceeds will be split between the two chosen rescue groups each year.

This event will be funded fully by our sponsors and managed by our board members as well as volunteers. 

Galloping Toward Hope Foundation is a registered non-profit organization and all donations are tax-deductible.

Why should you sponsor?

This event is designed to bring out members of not only the horse community, but animal lovers of all kinds so that we may raise awareness as well as funds for two horse rescue groups chosen this year, which happen to be in desperate need of financial aid to be able to keep their doors open and continue doing the amazing work that they do.

As a non-profit organization, your assistance will allow our group to host an amazing event so that we may provide the help that these two groups need. Sponsors will benefit from the synergy generated by the Galloping Toward Hope Benefit Trail Ride and the industry recognition obtained from your support in this endeavor.

Ashley Strickland

My name is Ashley and I am the Event Chair for Galloping Toward Hope. I am extremely passionate when it comes to the welfare of all animals, so when my sister-in-law, Kelly (Founder), asked me to be a part of this project, I agreed without hesitation that we should make it happen.

Kelly is also a big animal lover! She lives on her farm in Douglasville, GA with her husband and their five dogs and cat; Sadie, Sampson, Patch, Bailey, Shadow and Miss Meow Meow. Their farm animals include about sixty chickens, twelve ducks, a pot belly pig and of course, five beautiful horses.

You can always find Kelly signing petitions, raising awareness and donating not only her time, but her money to helping any animals that are in need or are being abused. Since she cannot have her own rescue group, she finally decided to take the step to start her own organization so that she can help other groups who are so amazing to dedicate their lives to helping animals find relief.

"Our world is full of cruelty and despair when it comes to animal rescue. We want to help two rescue groups each year with a benefit trail ride and silent auction to help them be able to continue rescuing horses. 

One rescue will be located in Georgia, that helps rescue horses close to us. The second rescue will be somewhere in the USA or the world that helps rescue horses from neglect, starvation and kill pens. Most rescues rely on donations to survive. We want to help relieve this burden they bear."
