About the event
The Bellalago & Isle of Bellalago Communities will be hosting it’s 5K Walk/Run Race on Saturday, December 12th, 2015, in an effort to raise money in support of The Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida. Since 1944, Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida has helped inspire hope and opportunity in those who need it most – at-risk children in our local community. They have been able to achieve this through the help of local partners and individuals who believe our youth are the future. Supporting this event is a great way to contribute, and to gain positive recognition with the local community in the process.
This event will feature:
A 5K race beginning at 8:30 am, for ages six to adult, all levels of athletes are welcome.
Awards ceremony for top three in the male and female category.
A much shorter fun race for kids (3 & 5 years old).
A fun day that will include Food, Bounce House, DJ, Entertainment and more…
We are confident that we will attract a large number of both children and adult participants for this event.
We are writing to ask you /your company to be a sponsor for our event. As a corporate sponsor, your company’s logo will be placed on the back of the race day shirt as well as all race fliers distributed. It will also be placed on our community newsletter, where your logo and link to your website will be provided. A more detailed description of sponsorship levels are on the back.
There are several levels of sponsorship your company can consider. You may prefer to provide give-a-ways, food/drink (which will be provided to race participants), or items for our goodies bag.
We welcome any/all contributions!
The Bellalago & Isle of Bellalago Communities are located just 20 minutes from Orlando’s attractions. The twin award-winning lakefront communities combine classic Mediterranean textures with the Old Florida lifestyle, and will set the perfect scene for a day to remember.
