About the event
Our organization will be hosting a well known Kansas City Makeup Artist by the name of Dalesa. She will be teaching an introductory to intermediate level makeup 101 course on K-State's campus for the students and anyone in the community who is interested in brushing up on their makeup application skills as well as product knowledge. This class will include a live demo as well as some basic interactive makeup application for the attendees.

Our event is the first Makeup class to come to K-State as well as the community of Manhattan, Ks. There are many individuals who are more than interested in the art of makeup but due to the limited cosmetic shopping in the city, they have nowhere to indulge in this wonderful craft. We are giving the students and the community the oppurtunity to come learn and have some fun at our Makeup 101 class. As a sponser and a supporter, you will be helping create a new glam culture amongst students and be spreading your name and buisness to a potentially new crowd.
Jyvanni ThibodeauxBeyond Expectations is a new student organization on Kansas State's campus this year. Our organization's mission is to promote inner and outer beauty for both males and females, by providing useful tips/tricks on how to fix flaws and polish perfections. Meetings consist of conversations such as: how inner beauty can reflect outer beauty, loving yourself, body image, "being yourself", womanhood, manhood, fitness, grooming techniques for men & woman, fashion awareness, and confidence. Confidence is essential to every person, thus the reason why confidence is the main focal point in Beyond Expectations. In addition, grooming techniques, make up tutorials, and nail tutorials will be demonstrated and made availible to be interactive for our members as well.
