About the event

My name is Lane Vassallo and I'm with the company/ band “Go Ask Alice”. Do you have any interest in advertising to 131,500-330,500 targeted people all over the Phoenix area as well as Tucson, Dodge, Coolidge, Florence, and Casa Grande? My team is putting together a music festival on March 5^th, 2016, at The Nile Theater to support the local music scene as well as local groups, businesses, and radio stations and we would like to partner with local businesses, bands, radio stations. We will be distributing 200, 11”x17” detailed posters with sponsor logos, and band names playing in the festival all over Dodge, Tucson, Coolidge, Phoenix, Mesa, Casa Grande, Chandler, Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale, Gilbert, and Paradise Valley. This alone will reach a minimum crowd of 1700 people. On Facebook as well as other social media each member of all 22 bands playing in the festival will share a digital copy of this poster with all of their friends reaching a minimum crowd of 8,800 people and through Facebook ad campaigning we will be reaching another minimum of 120,000 people. Four, 2.5'x10' Banners exclusively naming our sponsors will be hung outside of the front doors as well on either side of the Nile Theaters stage reaching another who 1000+ people minimum who will be attending the event, averaging out to a total reach of 131,500 minimum people that our advertisements will reach. So, we would like to offer an opportunity for both of us, in exchange for us advertising and promoting your business to a minimum of 131,500 potential new customers, we would like to have you choose to one of our three sponsorship options to sponsor our event.

Gold Sponsorship: Your company logo/company name will be the largest, most prominent, and most seen name that comes up to those 131,500 people on all banners, posters and social media campaigns. This sponsorship option only has 4 open slots and each slot of the gold sponsorship donation is $540 to the event.

Silver Sponsorship: Your company logo/company name will be large and one of the bigger names on the poster, however not as big as the gold sponsorship, it will still be a prominent name on all posters, banners, and social media campaigns and it will also be reaching 131,500 people. This sponsorship only has 8 slots and each slot of the silver sponsorship donation is $340 to the event.

Bronze Sponsorship: Your name and company will reach the 131,500 people like our other sponsorships. This sponsorship has 16 open slots and each slot of the bronze sponsorship donation is $140 to the event.

After confirming your sponsorship I will provide a sponsorship agreement stating which sponsorship you chose, that we agree to reach a minimum number of people through advertising, your companies name, as well as that you agree to pay the sponsorship donation by January 1^st. After this, transfer the sponsorship donation through Paypal to *****@****.***. You can get on the event as a sponsor anytime between now and January 1^st, your donation has to be submitted by January 1st, after January 1st we will be announcing officially all the bands and sponsors and then there will be relentless advertising until the day of the show on March 5th!
