The Baddie Tech Over: Black Women in Technology event is the exclusive grand opening event of our Career Club™ and is presented in honor of Black History Month! The event’s purpose is to celebrate and elevate Black and brown women in tech, and to create spaces to discuss and understand the barriers we face in the industry, and how we can take steps to overcome them together, as individuals and organizations.
The event will take place exclusively in the Career Club™ and is invite-only. You must be a registered Career Club™ member or an invited guest from a sponsor organization to attend. Join hundreds of Black and brown women working in and with technology – in technical and non-technical roles – for a day of inspiration, connection and celebration of Black female tech excellence!
The event is exclusive to our engagened audience of Black and brown women in tech and o our sponsors. It's a great way to celebrate Black History Month, and if you are a company looking to hire diverse female technologists, this is a great networking and marketing opportunity for your employer brand and open roles - you'll be hard pressed to find this level of community engagement for Black and brown women technologists elsewhere!
There will be a speed networking after-event for you to meet some of our talent, and depending on your sponsorship level you will receive 50 candidate profiles for your open roles after the event.
I'm Allie Tsahey, Founder of Baddies in Tech - a career development platform uniting and advancing Black and brown women in tech. I've built this community that represents WoC so well, and therefore our community is highly engaged and ready to take on resources and opportunities that come their way. Our Career Club™ networking portal is launching on 2/26 and this event is to celebrate Black History Month and our launch.
