About the event

I would like to extend an invitation to your company to participate in the Axes & Anchors Festival at Sea 2016, the 1st ever guitar dominated cruise.  We are looking for sponsors (starting as low as $650) and contributions (company provides items to be put in artist and VIP Swag Bags) for this epic music event. We can ensure that your company will have ample opportunity to promote your business to approximately 3,400 guitar / music professionals, artists and enthusiasts for 5 days and 4 nights who would use and promote your company's product/brand in front of thousands of their fans.

As for leveraging the 18MM... each sponsor's logo will appear on the cruise poster which each of the bands shares on their various pages regularly as part of their tour schedule. The bigger the sponsorship level, the greater the size of the logo on our poster and the more often we feature yout company on our various outlets. We do have a publicist who's gotten us coverage in several significant publications (http://axesandanchors.com/media/) and we have retained his services until post cruise wrap up so your company will enjoy media attention up to, during and post cruise follow up, which will include THOUSANDS of pictures. Clearly, if your company sponsors a stage, their exposure increases drastically just from the number of shares by the bands, the cruisers and the numerous members of press who will be on board covering this epic cruise. 

Of course the level of exposure depends on what level of sponsorship is selected. 

We offer different packages, detailed in our sponsorship deck --available by request-- that include:

• Signage and exposure of your company's brand at venues or on products for distribution to a very targeted audience

• 24 hour food and room service

• A secure location to display and demo your company's products

• Special mention in our daily schedule of all represented brands or vendors.

• A cabin for up to 2 of your company's team members and the option to add more

• If applicable, your company's brand would also appear prominently on a step and repeat backdrop for photos with any artist your company wants to endorse

• Special ship-wide announcements for any artist events your company may present

• Permission to distribute approved product samples and literature including brochures and business cards.
