About the event
Our Institute All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society, College Of Engineering, conducts an inter college event every year named as “Ashwamedh” (Blend of Cultural and Sports activity). It does include 8 cultural events and 8 sports events viz. Body Building, Box Cricket, Volley ball, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, Carrom, Chess, Photography, Natya vachan, Band competition, Dance, Singing ,Poetry and Elocution. The tentative dates for the events are 13-15 Feb 2017. Students from different institution participate enthusiastically in every activity. We believe that having technical knowledge is not only suffient but encouraging talent of the students is also very important. All participants show their talent by participating individually and in groups too. This event is “of the students, for the students and by the students”.
