An evening of dance, fitness and girl talk! Hosted by fitness icon Alexis Rose, the ARX All White Xperience brings the nightclub to the dance studio. You'll have the best of both worlds as you dance the night away, burn calories and feel like a DAMN BOSS at "THE XPERIENCE" pop-up dance club.

Our mission is to help women and girls use fitnsess to overcome their body image insecurities. We are curvy, tall, skinny, short, imperfect, beautiful women and we're ready to bare it al in an exciting way. It's no secret that women make the world go around; so how about connecting women worldwide so we can truly define the meaning #strongertogether. Good mental health is good physical health, you can't have one without the other.

As a featured instructor in Philly Magazine, Philly.com and Essence Magazine, lululemon Ambassador and Philly Best of 2018. Alexis will make sure you are in good hands while you werk it on the dance floor. We welcome all fitness and dance levels to slay with us at the All White Xperience.

ARX Fitness is the only fitness boutique in the greater Philadelphia are combining dance fitness, body sculpt, yoga and women's group therapy sessions. Founder and Owner Alexis Rose has become a fitness icon in the NYC, New Jersey, Philadelphia market. Alexis has been featured in local and national magazines covering her raw way to motivate and inspire women to take a no bull-shit apporach to winning their lives. Using fitness to overcome depression, anxiety and sickness from being over 280lbs Alexis guides other women to understanding weightloss can only be tackled once they get clear on their spiritual and emotional journey. 

Partnering with companies on this event will help to create the perfect women's pop-up fitness resort. A place where women from the ages of 18-45yrs old, expert-beginner fitness levels will be as one.

A New Yorker at heart, Alexis Rose is a certified professional fitness instructor, dancer & choreographer who's electrifying personality is unmatched! Dance is where it all started for her. After years of dance study, she performed as a back- up dancer & assisted choreography for recording artists.

After having two children that are 10 years apart Alexis pushed herself to lose over 100lbs and claimed her spot once again in the business. Following her weight loss she was recruited by SoulCycle and became one of their most motivating and passionate instructors in the industry. Getting back to her roots, Alexis Rose founded the Alexis Rose Xperience aka ARX Fitness a boutique fitness and dance company, in 2014. Her personal clientele includes celebrities such as Michelle Obama, Betty Who, and Tinashe'.

Enter the world of dance and fitness at the Alexis Rose Xperience. A safe space to dance and release negativity, the signature fitness classes inspire and motivate women throughout the East Coast. The goal is not just to workout in order to lose weight and tone, you will leave class with the confidence to put yourself first! Expect lots of hair whipping, booty popping and screams of YAAAAS while dripping sweat!

ARX does not specialize in traditional workout classes, we host a fitness Xperience complete with energetic beats and a choreographed light show! Clients of all levels are welcome to learn, grow and burn up to 600+ calories
