About the event

With well over 4million graduates yearly from Nigerian Universities, Polytechnics, Colleges of Education and Monotechnics, it’s become imperative for us to recognize creativity and talent amongst us, apparently we have the opposite.

Conclusively, we believe talents no matter how insignificant plays a composite part of our individuality and also as a prerequisite for socio-economic development. As an observation, we have decided to sample our curiosity using Obafemi Awolowo University as a microcosm of our targeted niche in “Art Crust” show.

In view of the fore-going, our aim is to create a solitary avenue where educational institutions and its stakeholders will also be rewarded for all their efforts and contribution to the Nigerian educational system. “Art Crust”, is a promotional event that will run for a period of 1 day, to serve as a platform for participating students to associate with corporate bodies, stakeholders and well-meaning individuals alike. This we believe will facilitate further healthy interactions to enhance their career potentials through educational & social-networking and at the same time create a fun-filled atmosphere.

Art Crust is conceptualized by a young group talented and artistic individuals with the like minds to promote and celebrate the exceptional tanents in the country and among us.
With the number of graduates on the increase from the institution we deem it fit and necessary to present to the world that the decline in the educational system is not proportionate to the immerse talents endowed in the most populous black nation.
Our area of concern centralised on all the faculties in the institution for each intending student to present and showcase their creativity.
Our vision allows us to see to the consistency of the project as yearly content which will serve as a referral and reminder of our purpose in higher institution of learning. The success of this premier edition will spur the introduction of this educational who to the growing number of higher learning country wide, tagged "Nationwide Art Crust"
