Art of The Female Athlete,

About the event

This summer FAR will host the first of many educational outreach
programs for high school female athletes in Missouri City, Texas. The
event is titled “The Art of The Female Athlete” and will be held July 17,
2014. This event and will consist of 4 sessions; Fueling the Body, Bigger
Faster Stronger, Life as a College Athlete, and Words of Wisdom.
The event will be held at Hightower High School in Missouri City from 8am
to 12pm. Founder and CEO Jazmine Highsmith has solicited the help of a
nutritionist, a personal trainer, collegiate student-athletes, and a
professional female athlete to come in and provide their services for this
event. The purpose of this event is to encourage young female athletes to
remain active in sports, provide them with the tools to be successful in
their sport, and to empower them as young females
