Ambassadors' Cup Polo Tournament ,

Named Tournament Sponsor. This sponsor will get the Ambassadors' Cup named after them and their name and/or logo will appear on all of our promotional material, in all press releases about the event, on the step and repeat wall, and wherever else is appropriate. All will be able to use photos from the event for their own promotional purposes, such as photos with horses and players with the sponsors products or banners, but the Named Tournament Sponsor will be able to take promotional photos prior to the event to use as they wish and in our promotion of the event. The named tournament sponsor will also be granted type exclusivity and the right of first refusal for sponsoring the Ambassadors' Cup in subsequent years. This type of sponsorship comes with VIP tickets for the sponsor's representatives and guests.

Vendor or Provider Companies which have products which may be distributed at the event can provide those products at special arrangement with the club. This could take the form of promotional products given out for free, food or alcohol supplied to the VIP area or bar, or similar. In these circumstances we are flexible and would like to speak with interested parties to tailor an arrangement to them. Depending on the arrangement VIP tickets may be granted.

Trade Stand at Event There will be a shopping village at the Ambassadors' Cup where spectators will walk through between the car park and the pitch. Vendors will be allocated a 3m x 3m gazebo within which to set up their stand unless they have their own food truck or similar, which shall be arranged by prior arrangement.

General Sponsor The general sponsors will have banners with their logos on display at the event and will be mentioned in descriptions of the tournament and promoted on our Facebook event. The sponsor will be able to use photos from the event for their own promotional purposes, such as photos with horses and players with the sponsors products or banners.
