Alt. Clan Launch Event - December 7th 2016 @ Sanctuary Live UK.

The Alt. Clan launch night will feature an amazing night of live music to rock the house down at Sanctuary Live UK; Basingstoke's brilliant and highly respected alternative music venue. - Alt. Clan will present some of the best and most current live music from some brilliant bands to celebrate it's launch at the informal launch event on the night of November 20th and the founder of the company Zander West will be there to oversee it all and to talk with the event goers, business owners, musicians and potential clients of the brand new music promotion/events management brand.

The 'Alt. Clan Fam' - the extended, chosen family that makes up Alt. Clan; it's staff, clients, event goers, musicians, bands, performers and partners, will come together at the informal launch night in order to celebrate it's official begginings and to witness first hand just a taste of it's future potential as a huge competitior in the music promotion industry as it set's out to foster a love for live music and great entertainment in people with it's ideals of Creativity, Integrity and Authenticity in mind.

Why should you sponsor?

This is a brand new venture and has really exciting prospects and a bright future ahead of it, now is the time to become a partner, help lead the charge and be a part of breaking the boundaries of what a young start-up business like this can do.

Following on from the success I had with the Summer Kicks Concert I am taking on the challenge of this venture and am working through Alt. Clan to create loads of events and opportunities for the local and wider community as well as loads of amazing events both hosted in the name of the company itself and also for clients (eg. Mayor Jane Frankum of Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council whom I am currently working with in order to host an event for her in the near future).

The official launch event for Alt. Clan is set to be a killer night of alternative/rock music on November 20th at Sanctuary Live UK and it's that event which has led me to start searching for a sponsor; not neccessarily just for the short term in terms of that event but also with opportunities for growth and development as a partnership into the future.  

I would like to make a proposal to you to partner with Alt. Clan as the sponsor of the event and of the company itself in order for me to be able to take up some of the brilliant opportunities and make use of the prestigous platforms available to the brand, for instance an offer which we have received from a band with a large adn dedicated following who would be willing to headline the event and would have that pulling power to bring in a big crowd and garner the launch and in turn the company itself a great deal of attention. 

I would ideally be looking for a sponsorship of £250 or more in order to make this the huge success I know it can be.

What you as a sponsor can gain from this partnership is limited only by what you feel you can put in. A partnership deal with Alt. Clan (either through a business you own or as an individual) would offer up unique, creative and innovative promotional opportunities as well as a myriad of other benefits, in line with Alt. Clan's vision of Creative & Authentic work carried out with the highest integrity. 

You would receive promotion/mention on any and all promotional material surrounding the event and full promotion on all Alt. Clan's media as well as my own. It would also mean receiving promotion from the band 'Allusondrugs' - the band which a £250 sponsorship would pay to have perform (but that is of course a starting point and by no means a limit for the potential partnership opportunities you could take up with Alt. Clan).

A continued partnership deal with Alt. Clan could include everything from working together to create events tailored specifically for you at discount or cost price rates, being given exclusive access to certain merchandise deals and product/service deals with clients/bands/etc... exclusive events held at your comapny's store to bring in the crowds and so much more...

A sponsorship with us would truly be a collaborative partnership between yourself and Alt. Clan. It would be limited only by the extent you are happy to work with me on and by the extent of your imagination.

With recent success in the Summer Kicks 2016 Concert at STAGE Basingstoke and with other nights and events that we have organised, booked, promoted and been part of (Including #UPYOURS @UPSTAGED CLUB Gay nights, Acoustic Evenings, Pauline Henry's Album Launch event and more...) as well as a whole host of upcoming exciting events and opportunities we aim to grow from strength to strength making use of a fast growing knowledge, great connections and strong network as well as a lifetime of experience in other creative fields we aim to foster a love for great entertainment and connecting people with live music in the digital age.

As well as a love for live music and being a (Non-PC) family for all to be a part of Alt. Clan is, at it's heart, built on 3 core ideals; Creativity, Authenticity and Integrity. - Meaning that when approaching any new project like we aim to create a unique and engaging experience for all involved, deliver a professional service and be a reliable and approachable organiser at all times.

Zander West is the founder of Alt. Clan and is a fresh new face (one of the youngest to enter into the events/entertainments management field) that is quickly gaining experience and a reputation for his professionalism, work ethic and tireless attitude to hard work. He has a 
strong and growing set of contacts within the music industry and a maturity which many would say is uncharacteristic of his young age.
