About the event
All Star Pop is a music event bringing the best artists to the best stages! Huge names and great giveaways. Event runs every 2 months.
We are organizing our event "All Star Pop!" and are looking for companies like yours to help us finance this event.
All Star Pop will host a live music gig in July 2015, at O2 Academy Newcastle. We have some amazing artists performing at this iconic venue. Already confirmed are Jack Walton (XF 2014), Jake Quickenden (I’m A Celebrity 2015) and Charlotte Crosby (Geordie Shore).We are currently in talks with Union J, Stereo Kicks, Ben Haenow to name a few. During the weeks leading up to the event, we will be holding a local competition, which will be advertised in the press. This competition will find a local artist to perform in the support slot on the evening of All Star Pop. Any sponsorship will include the All Star Pop Singing Competition.
From our past events, this gig will see over 1,500 in attendance including teens, young adults & professionals. This isn’t including the local All Star Singing Competition, which we expect to be attended by 400 guests of both younger and older.
Our advertising and campaigns will be published across a wide range of sources. These will include local press, radio & TV. Through our celebrities social media channels we are able to execute a fantastic campaign reaching thousands across the Tyne & Wear region. As well as this, All Star Pop will be advertised throughout the O2 Academy box office network, powerful in itself.
All Star Pop is a brand operated by All Star Music/JLH Music Management. Our team is made up of booking agents, managers, promoters and tour managers. Previous successful events include:
• Celebrity football tournament and concert. Currently in its 3rd year. Attendance has grown to over 2000 in 2015.
• Live music tour visiting 6 cities over a one-week period. We have operated 3 tours under this brand with a total attendance of over 20,000. The tours have included celebrities from TV, Music & Film.
• PopFest – Smaller scale music tour featuring the UKs next generation of stars. Attendance of over 1000 in its first year (2014).
• We founded a current boy band sensation who has gone on to sign a major record deal.
We have a base in Newcastle, so we always have someone able to chat at short notice.
The majority of people who attend an event will most likely know others with similar interests. Remember, not only will you be in front of them but may have a chance to be recommended to their connections as well.
There are a few options when considering sponsoring All Star Pop. Whichever you choose, we will ensure you are always up to date with us and we would be delighted to include any of your latest promotional deals on our website. You can let us know how much involvement you would like in the planning of the days itinerary.
Logo placement in a variety of places such as flyers, direct mail, brochures, websites, email marketing campaigns, tickets, signage, etc. will add to increase brand awareness. Being recognised as a sponsor will communicate value and support with the audience at the event.

Your branding (logo) will be included at the top of all posters, flyers, and social media. This includes (but not limited to) advertising in local press, Universities, Radio and TV. On the evening of the event, your large company banners and advertisements will be on display throughout the venue and onstage. Your service will regularly be referred to in the evening script used by our presenter. If you decide to, your company may have a slot at the show onstage for self promotional purposes. Our team will ensure your social media is tagged in every post across our networks in relation to our July 2015 event. This will involve celebrity and verified accounts of those attending All Star Pop. You will be offered 20 VIP tickets for the event, for your guests to join us early at the sound check. PLUS everything included in the Bronze package. Cost £2500.
