  • About the event

    All-American Awaaz (A3) is the National South Asian A Cappella Championship for collegiate teams across the nation. Hosted by the Association of South-Asian A Cappella (ASA), All-American Awaaz presents the sixth annual championship, hosted at the Lila Cockrell Theatre on April 16th in San Antonio, TX

     

    The South-Asian A Cappella competitive circuit currently consists of established and acclaimed bid competitions, which run annually from January-March across the nation. Upon completion of the year’s bid competitions, the highest ranking teams in the circuit receive the chance to compete for the national title. All-American Awaaz (A3) is the national championship where groups will have the opportunity to perform in front of thousands of spectators, judged by a panel of highly qualified musicians, to compete for a grand prize and the title of National Champion of South-Asian A Cappella.

    This year, All-American Awaaz is proud to partner with another non-profit organization, The Hidden DreamThe Hidden Dream was built to raise awareness of the countless struggles faced by visa immigrants, share resources, and create a community to uplift immigrants who have spent several years in this country without a pathway to citizenship.

I'm a performance analyst, based out of Cincinnati, Ohio with ASA as my passion.
