The profession of Project Management has 51 million practitioners globally. It's competitor, Change Management, has 12 million. The Project Management Institute (PMI) is the governing authority for the field of project management - likewise the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) serves its profession. Never have the two come together at the same conference to explore ways to cooperate in a mutually beneficial way...until now. 

Praxis Consulting, Inc.has developed, and is unveiling, only the third project management method in the history of the profession - Transformational Project Leadership (TPL) - a method that incorporates change management elements as keys its success. In April 2016, Praxis, the Puget Sound PMI Chapter, and Victoria/Vancouver ACMP Chapters, in addition to Microsoft, Inc., are holding a day and a half conference in the elegant Hyatt Regency Bellevue Ballroom, featuring the world's leading successful professionals in project management and change management, and nationally renown keynote speakers Michael Medved (author, radio talk show host with 3.2 million listeners, film critic) , Dr. Barbara Trautlein ("Change Intelligence" developer), and Amber Rae (Artist, Motivational Speaker). 

This conference will focus on Innovation, Connection,and Integrity as keys to successful leadership. Conference track speakers include Praxis Sr. VP Brian Taylor, "The Dr. of Innovation" and former associate of Tony Robbins, Gary deRodriguez, CEO of London's Peopleistic, Inc. and expert on Human Behavioral Analytics, and Ricardo Triana, CEO of Rio De Janiero's Practical Thinking Group, Inc.and former PMI International BOD president.

Microsoft is offering a track of its own featuring new software and functional improvements to its mobile platforms. Attendees can receive up to 23.5 personal development units (PDU'S) of the 60 required every 36 months to maintain their professional certification.
