Sponsored Team FPV

We are going to host the 1st of our 6 “Sponsored Team FPV” races in 2016. This function is to increase our business with repeat referrals, grow our company, the industry as well as raising funds for our future events which allows pilots to rank both nationally.  I would like to extend an invite to your company to participate in this networking and advertising/marketing opportunity.  We are looking for a contribution with one of our tiers below and for this we would ensure that you have ample opportunity to promote your business to approximately 150-500 clients in person and we anticipate over 5-10k viewers (per event) online during live stream the events and countless others post production. 

In September we had we had our first major event; “The Underground” and the event went extremely well not only for us, but also for our sponsors, the pilots of course! Our goal for 2016 is to focus on Sponsored Team FPV races.  Much of it is a kin to NASCAR and other racing where sponsors are involved.  The basic idea behind what we are trying to do is have Team competitions for my league in multiple cities and help grown the industry into a legitimate sport.  We will be live streaming the event in a sports show fashion where we will have two personalities that would be hosting the show and explaining what is going on and providing their expertise (just like any other sport).  In between each race we will have the opportunity to have interviews with pilots, team owners and of course thank the sponsors, advertise and provide commercials.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

Corporate Sponsors

The Diamond Level Sponsor will be our flagship.  (Only 1 available per race) Your logo will appear at the very top of our web home page, on our social media pages, and will receive prominent placement on everything we print.  This includes T-shirts, banners, race programs, and other promotional items.  We will place 8 flags (or Air Gates) that we provide on the racetrack (time permitting, however if you have some that we can use please feel free to provide them) to ensure that your logo will be seen throughout, live streaming and other recordings. Your logo will be visible during all press events when possible, and will receive the most screen time on during our live streaming.  You will also receive up to 10-VIP tickets to our race Acceler-8-tion on Jan 23^rd, 2016 in Las Vegas Nevada.

The Platinum Level Sponsors (2 available per race) will have their logos prominently displayed and grouped with up to 5 other Platinum level sponsors on our web site, on social media, in our festival program, banners, and on promotional items, as well as commercials throughout our live streaming.  We will place 6 flags (or Air Gates) that we provide on the racetrack (time permitting, however if you have some that we can use please feel free to provide them) to ensure that your logo will be seen throughout, live streaming and other recordings, your logo will be visible during all press events when possible. Each Platinum sponsor will receive up to 6-VIP tickets to our race Acceler-8-tion on Jan 23^rd, 2016 in Las Vegas Nevada.

The Gold Level Sponsors (4 available per race) will have their logos placed on our website, and social media pages, on T-shirts, and on other promotional items when room permits.  We will place 4 flags (or Air Gates) that we provide on the racetrack (time permitting, however if you have some that we can use please feel free to provide them) to ensure that your logo will be seen throughout, live streaming and other recordings. Your logo will also be grouped with other Gold sponsors and during our live streaming. Each Gold sponsor will receive up to 4-VIP tickets to our race Acceler-8-tion on Jan 23^rd, 2016 in Las Vegas Nevada.

Sponsors

$1200 - Silver Sponsors (6 available per race) will have their logo placed on our website, and social media pages, on T-shirts, and on other promotional items where room permits.  We will place 2 flags (or Air Gates) that you provide on the racetrack to ensure that your logo will be seen throughout, live streaming and other recordings. Your logo will also be grouped with other Silver sponsors and during our live streaming. Each Silver sponsor will receive up to 2-VIP tickets to our race Acceler-8-tion on Jan 23^rd, 2016 in Las Vegas Nevada.

$600 - Bronze sponsors (12 available per race) will have their logo placed on our website, and social media pages, on T-shirts, and on other promotional items where room permits. You can place 2 banners outside of the track so that your logo will be seen during the race. Each Bronze sponsor will receive up to 1-VIP tickets to our race Acceler-8-tion on Jan 23^rd, 2016 in Las Vegas Nevada.

$300 - Copper Sponsors (unlimited available per race) will have their logo placed on our website, and social media pages, on T-shirts, and on other promotional items where room permits.

Media Sponsors will have their logo placed on our website, and social media pages, on T-shirts, and on other promotional items where room permits.

            As a package deal, if you would like to support us for all 6 of our races you can purchase 5 sponsorship levels and the 6^th race will be free.

Silver - All 6 Races in 2016- $6000

Bronze - All 6 Races in 2016 - $3000

Copper - All 6 Races in 2016 - $1500          

Diamond - All 6 Races in 2016 - $50000

Platinum - All 6 Races in 2016 - $25000

Gold - All 6 Races in 2016 - $12000
