About the event

ABCD is a dance event that runs dance workshops during the day from

2PM - 6PM with 30 different UK & international instructors, professional instructors that have a very high profile in the UK & abroad. 

6PM - 8PM we run a student competition that we would like to make the 1st prize £500 

8PM - 10PM we run more clases in salsa & bachata 

10PM - 3AM party start with (last time 460 dancer) in the venue all having fun & enjoying a massive passion that they all share. 

Why should you sponsor?

we bring so many people together. all dancers that have all the pasion in the world. 

the event have been running for 3 years and it's getting more and more popular every time we run it. but unfortunately for us to bring all these people together we have to hire so many instructors & DJs so they attract so many dancers. we do charge for the event but our cost still exceed the turn out of the event. 

however we're open to advertise our sponsors at the event and give them access on the day for those 500 people as well as our sponsors can display their product or their company on the day of the event or even sell to our clients. 

we also can add our sponsors to all our promotions that include 500 email mailing list. 15000 people reached on facebook, & we can add our sponsors to our flyers and banners (5 banners in london) & atleast 30000 flyers distributed in the UK this month before the event.
