About the event

Kahkasha, the Dramatics Society of Jesus and Mary College, is hosting an annual street play competition, 'AAWAZ' , which celebrates the beauty of theatre and gives people a platform to express their art. With some of the most renowned sponsors, judges and artists, AAWAZ is truly one of the sought out events in Delhi University. The fest will witness a participation of 3,000+ members from various esteemed colleges from University of Delhi and other private universities in addition to a full fledged media house coverage. The society members of various colleges will be showcasing their beautiful plays on different vital social issues that prevail in our society. We reach out to potential establishments to support our fest, to help us accomplish our mission of promoting art in these turbulent times.

I Aneeta Thomas, The Sponsorship Coordinatior of Kahkasha The Dramatics Society Of Jesus and Mary Collage Of Delhi University is re organizing our Annual Event "AAWAZ 2024" which will be held during the Annual Cultural Fest of our college 'MONTAGE' which will happen during the month of February at our college campus. Our society has an outreach of over 3000+ students and welcomes participation of over 400+ colleges. Additionally,'MONTAGE' is expecting a footfall of over 8000+ students. Previously, our event was graced by well-known artists like Jubin Nautiyal, When Chai Met Toast, Amit Mishra, etc. This year , we are also expecting well-known personalities to grace our event.
