About the event

Mary’s Angels are hosting a Health and Wellness Yoga event to raise the money necessary to legally form a tax exempt non-profit organization. Come out and enjoy a morning learning about the benefits of Yoga, Massage, Preventative Health, and Healthy Eating. We will have a Yoga Class hosted by Cara Anderson of Flexx Yoga and Massage Demonstrations by Ayoola Toyer of iNeedTouch Muscle Management Services. There will also be an opportunity to taste and learn nutritious and delicious recipes! 

Why should you sponsor?

Mary's Angels would like become an official 501(3)(c) and we need to raise the funds in order to do so. We plan to host events quarterly in order to raise money for the organization to help cancer survivors in the community. Our next event we are planning for November will be to deliver meals and gift bags to those undergoing chemo.

Mary’s Angels formed while dedicated family members and friends gathered to organize a benefit honoring Mary Kelly, who is a Stage IIII Breast Cancer survivor. The cancer metastasized to Mary’s lungs, spine and her liver requiring Mary to give up her job while undergoing treatment. After a successful event, Mary and her Angels wanted to do more for the community at large. Mary’s vision aims to provide advocacy, emotional support, financial support and empowerment for cancer survivors youngand old.
