About the event
Colin Wood takes patrons on a journey through time and allows them to experience the vibrant sounds of nineteenth-century Spain, France, and more in this exciting concert at Firehouse Events Center in Bellingham, WA.
Why should you sponsor?
This event will have 50-100 attendees and that are excited to hear their favorite music. Every person will have programs in their hands so logos will be readily apparent and attendees will be excited to see who supports their favorite music. I tell the story of each piece I perform and can easily mention a sponsor while I have the audiences undivided attention.
Colin WoodColin Wood is an award-winning classical pianist whose accomplishments include first place at the Seattle International Piano Festival Classical Viennese Festival in the Schubert division. He has performed at various venues in the Seattle area including Mercer Music Hall, Resonance at Soma Towers, and the Royal Room in Columbia City. His teachers have included Peter Mack at Cornish College of the Arts, Baycka Voronietsky at the University of Maine, and Yuka Sasaki in Seattle. He also studied chamber music with Paul Taub of the Seattle Chamber Players and pianist and conductor Roger Nelson. In addition to performing, Colin has an active piano studio. Raised in the eastside suburbs of Seattle, Colin currently resides in West Seattle.
