Our purpose is to help our members succeed professionally while being mindful of serving the public. We have four primary initiatives:
The MNCPA operates through volunteer committees and task forces, statewide chapters and a board of directors elected by the membership. Our professional staff manages support services and professional development.
MNCPA membership is open to anyone holding a CPA certificate (active or inactive) from any state. Associate membership is available to non-CPA owners of a firm, billable professionals, firm administrators, corporate finance professionals or non-CPAs in a full-time accounting educator role.
