About the event
Why
On the day after 9/11, no one cared about the color, race or political association in those ensuing days. We were all Americans, and any life mattered, all lives mattered. We were all united against one enemy, not each other. We were all humans, united in sorrow, united as one in our circumstance, response, and feelings. On 9/11, we were all united. Looking to bring back the feeling of unity here in the states, in light of the recent events in Virginia and North Carolina, we are coming together for a day of fun, and positive engagement, in celebration of the very brave men and women who risk their lives for our freedom.
Who
Heroes Jam LLC is an entertainment group formed to produce military tribute events encouraging unity while celebrating the brave men and who who risk their lives for our freedom daily. Heroes Jam, is designed to be the nation's largest military concert tour. It is a traveling Farm-Aid type festival in that it is a multi-genre experience. Heroes Jam, travels to various military cities and bases across the country, showcasing industry icons with the hottest of new upcoming talent.
Line Up
We've chosen a host of legendary artists to grace the stage in tribute to our soldiers and country. Iconic acts such as Rev Run & DJ Ruckus, Bret Michaels, Jamey Johnson, Lee Greenwood, Darryl Worley, and more will take the stage in a day filled with food, fun, and live entertainment, capped off by a night of fireworks held in Woodbridge, Virginia, at Pfitzner Stadium, home of the Potomac Nationals .
