About the event
We are happy to announce the 6th Senior Sitting Para-Volleyball National Championship (Men) 2016 from 23rd Sept to 25th Sept 2016 at Chamundi Vihar Indoor Stadium, Mysore. This is the one and only kind of National Championship for Sitting Volleyball for disabled. Over 15 state teams across India are participating in the National Championship 2016.

The objective & vision PVFI is to encourage the spirit of the game of Volleyball for Disabled in India and keep building stronger National team for Men and Women; Participate in International Tournaments and World Championship and Para-Olympic 2020; and win medals for India.
We look forward for sponsorship and support/contribution to uplift the Para-Volleyball Game in India.
Akash HeranjalWe, The Paralympic Volleyball Federation of India (PVFI) are a focussed committee and working on our toe to uplift the game of Volleyball for disabled in India. We are registered and operational since 2007-08 and is affiliated to Paralympic Committee of India (Recognized by Govt. of India), member of Para Volleyball Asian Oceania and member of World Organization Volleyball for Disabled.
We have state associations affiliated to us; and we look forward to extend our affiliations across all states of India. We have participated in Asia Cup conducted by Para Volleyball Asian Oceania, World Cup 2008-09 at Cambodia, World Championship 2010-11 at USA, and Silver Medal in Beach Volleyball 2011 at Germany. Our vision is to keep building stronger national team for men and women; and participate in international tournaments, Asian games, World Championship and Olympic Games in the coming future.
