4th Annual PAWcasso Art & Silent Auction Fundraiser,

About the event

The mission of PAWcasso Las Vegas is to raise funds and awareness for local animal welfare rescues. This year, 11 animal rescue groups will benefit from our 4th Annual Art & Silent Auction Fundraiser.  The funds raised will be designated for the care and keeping of rescued animals, specifically for veterinary and feeding costs. Guests at the 4th Annual PAWcasso Art & Silent Auction will enjoy cocktails & hors d’oeuvres, live music, original artwork by local artists, and silent auction and raffle prizes.  Guests may also get an after-hours viewing of the lovely exhibits in the Marjorie Barrick Museum.

There will approximately 300 guests in attendance at the event, mostly comprised of animal and/or art lovers, as this event marries those communities.  Based upon past events, demographically, the guests will likely be comprised of 70% women, upper middle class, and educated.  Most guests will have families with young children and pets (specifically dogs).  Many will be art collectors.  Guests know that this event is primarily a silent auction, so they come ready to spend money.

All guests will receive swag bags containing items and collateral pertaining to sponsors.  Sponsors will also be accordingly acknowledged based upon sponsorship level.  All sponsor logos will be placed on collateral, website, and social media.

This event is not only being promoted to PAWcasso Las Vegas' donor and fan base, but also to the donor/fan bases of the eleven beneficiary rescues.  The event will be promoted via social, print, radio and television media.  There will be two articles specifically promoting this event in the Las Vegas Pet Scene and Helen Magazines.  Sponsors will be thank in these articles, as well as in radio spots on Vegas Rock Dog radio and KNPR.
