About the event

The Malibu Arts Festival promises to offer something for everyone.  45 years of incredible high-end art, 45 years of beauty, 45 years of a wonderful event - known world wide!  Produced by the Malibu Chamber of Commerce, the two-day weekend event will take place July 30-31, 2016 from 10 am to 6 pm, in front of the Malibu Civic Center.  The Optimist Club of Malibu will be serving a pancake breakfast at the site starting at 8 am.

Considered "one of the most beautiful outdoor art festivals in the nation," the Malibu Arts Festival features over 200 award-winning painters, sculptors, photographers, jewelers, and other unique artisans.  Festival goers can visit with artists under gleaming white tents and learn about the creation of art in every genre.

Imagine a Festival of Arts featuring a curated blend of fine art, photography & alternative artwork, cars,fashion & jewelry, architecture, home goods, hand-crafted treasures, music & more.

Interactive villages where you'll see a live fashion show featuring localup-and-coming designers, art school students creating cutting edge piecesbefore your eyes, graffiti artists tagging one-of-a-kind murals to be auctionedoff, and don't miss the kids court where little ones can help create beautiful chalk art, decorate cookies and learn about their favorite animals in the exotic petting zoo.

For the car enthusiast, check out the car show featuring the latest in electric sports cars.

For music and theatre lovers, listen to awesome DJ's and musicians and cheer on local theatre kids on stage, while sipping your way through the wine & biergarten.

Now imagine all of this is happening in one of the mosticonic oceanside locations in the world.
