  • About the event

The Greater Evansville Sports Hall of Fame (GESHOF) Games is an annual event that brings together sixty-four area Travel and Little League baseball and softball teams for two nights of excitement at the Deaconess Sports Park on North Green River Road in Evansville, Indiana.

The softball and baseball games take place on Monday and Wednesday nights, respectively. Each night, teams participate in an opening ceremony and team parade that leads players and coaches to their fields. Two rounds of games occur each evening, one at 6 pm and the second at 8 pm. The next GESHOF Games will occur on June 11th & 13th, 2018.

In addition to the games, each event is filled with a wide variety of other entertainment: live music, cheer performances, and more to keep the park alive with family fun. MVP ceremonies are presented after each round, and booths are set up throughout the park.

All proceeds benefit the Greater Evansville Sports Hall of Fame.

    Why should you sponsor?

In 2017, more than 1,500 players, parents, and fans attended the 1st annual GESHOF Games. This year, we're anticipating this number to grow, to 2,500 or more.

Doubling the experience will be a lot of work, and we can't do it without you. Not only will you give 64 youth teams the opportunity to play one another in exhibition games, where they can earn MVP awards, experience an event unlike any other tournament, and not have to fundraise to pay our bid fee (it's FREE for teams to play!), but your organization will be seen by thousands of people–online and in the park.

Our sponsors also have the opportunity to set up booths at the fields (at no additional cost), where they can sell merchandise, distribute information, entertain players and their families, and more.

Earn impressions, community respect, and the gratitude of hundreds of youth baseball and softball players. The event isn't possible without sponsors like you.
