Communication Solutions, LLC is hosting our 2nd Annual Kelly Crawford Golf Tournament! 

100% of the proceeds go to St. Jude Children Research Hospital on behalf of Kelly Crawford!

Kelly Crawford was a long time employee and friend to all. Her smile, laughter and all around joy was contagious to anyone that had the pleasure of being around it. Tragically she lost her life in an unfortunate accident. This is our way of helping her in her goal of Donating Life. Help us raise even more than last year so that we may fulfill her wishes to help those in need. 100% of the proceeds will go to St. Jude Children Research Hospital in her name!

Held at Schifferdecker Golf Course in Joplin, Missouri. 

4-man scrambles.

1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes and trophies.

Raffles.

Food.

$60 per person/$240 per team.

Funds for individuals due by 8/22/15.

$100 per hole to sponsor.

Fund for sponsors due by 8/12/15.
