2016 Remix College Tour,

Dear Potential Sponsor,

Thank you for being a apart of this year’s tour. Most companies go to great lengths to get exposure for their product or service. We are hosting a tour at 20 of the nations top colleges. This is an amazing opportunity to promote  products and services to all community members in attendance at the and take advantage of our nationwide college rep program.  Sponsors information will be listed on our website and in our Press Kit. At this time, we are scheduled to host over 55,000 people at each event. With the help of the Students Activity Boards, student radio stations have agreed to partner with us to give away special gifts from the sponsors to listeners. If you have a product that you would like announced on air, you will need to give a certain amount of the product free to gain access to radio advertising. Most University radio stations are non -profit; therefore they cannot sell online advertising.

Prior to the performance, large posters will be posted on campus on public posting boards. The University Activities Board will e-blast all students about the show at their school in advance to gain participation in the event. Two weeks before the event, our campus reps will act as a street team and will pass out flyers and a small amount of swag bags to help gain additional traction. Please join the 2016 Remix College Tour and have your coupons and promotional material included as part of the promotion.

At the performance, students will be given a swag bag. Swag Bags contain the following: Logo imprint on each bag, logo imprint on college tour van, college tour tee shirt with sponsor logo on back and promotional offers from your organization.
