About the event
On October 31st 2015 the ghost, goblins and zombies will be taking over Oars and Paddles, Mather’s Bridge and S Tropical Trail. Our 5K run/walk will take you down picturesque S Tropical Trail. But be sure to hurry, you want to “beat the bridge” before the haunted bridge mysteriously opens at some unannounced time during the race. Then upon your return to Oars and Paddles you will find it has been invaded by Zombies and Ghost. They will be waiting to play spooky games and chase you and your family thru our haunted house.
This is a community family friendly event to promote healthy lifestyles and to raise money for Space Coast Crew. We will be hosting the 5k walk/run and then have a community halloween party at Oars and Paddles park. We anticipate a lot of community involvement. This event will draw hundreds of participants as well as hundreds more who will want to play the carnival games and get candy for the kids.
