Basketball skills camp for the youth throughout the area
Why should you sponsor?
A sponsor should support the "Next Play Basketball Skills Camp" because it will help provide teaching of basketball skills for the youth in the community of Red Springs. The purpose and objective of the camp is to impact youth in the game of basketball by teaching and improving basketball and life skills. This camp will also focus on becoming better team players at home, in school and in the community. Our committment is to provide a positive age-based developmental basketball camp program for the children of the communities we serve. I am dedicated to helping kids reach their fullest potential as players and future productive citizens.
Glenn PattersonHello, my name is Glenn Patterson Jr. I am from Red Springs, North Carolina. I played college basketball for four years at Elizabeth City State University in North Carolina (2011-2015) where I completed my undergraduate degree in Exercise Science. I then went on to complete my Master's Degree in Sports Administration at Grambling State University in Louisiana where I worked as an Graduate Assistant Basketball Coach for the Men's team. I completed my Master's Degree in the fall of 2016 and just finished my Graduate Assistant coaching job in March of this year. I just moved back home to North Carolina and I'm currently training kids from my area that is looking to pursue a dream in playing basketball at the next level. While doing this, I am currently seeking my next opportunity to continue coaching basketball on the collegiate level.
