    Philandis "Philly" Stovall, the mother of the late Fre'Derick "Ziggy" Redd III (Honorary Owl of Rice University)  & Zai Redd and their family, recently received some amazing news on behalf of Mayor Turner and the City of Houston, TX.

    Ziggy's family just received a Proclamation from the City of Houston for a day in Houston to celebrate his life and legacy!

    The celebration for this day, which would be starting on Monday, February 10, 2020 (his birthday for this day of every year) at Rice University on the football field and in the football facility. The time for the event at the moment is set to start at 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Any changes on the start time for the occasion, I will be sure to update you. 

    Ziggy was a 10 year cancer patient who was attended Texas Children's Hospital in the Medical Center in Houston, TX, when he passed away a year ago. He was adopted by the Rice University Football in Houston, TX team in 2015. Fre'Derick "Ziggy" Redd III is the Honorary Owl of Rice University  (Feel free to google us)

    Philandis Stovall

    Born and raised in Greenville, Mississippi, Philandis is an enthusiastic entertainer in every way. She is a three-time NAACP author, speaker, singer-songwriter, actress, self-taught and certified makeup artist, and a professional model. She is also an astute entrepreneur and a certified medical transcriptionist. She is a GGR (Greenville Girls Rock) award winner from her hometown of Greenville, MS in 2018. She is a PAYA Houston Top 20 Rising Star award winner of 2019 and more. She attended Salem International University online for Forensic Science but completed her studies in Forensic Science in The Professional Security Specialist Program at Ashworth College with honors in 2014. The single mother of two is well-rounded, resourceful, and adventurous. She currently resides in Houston,TX.
