    The 1st African American Dallas Book Expo is the first by Kendra Rainey-King, the CEO of Curvy Girl Publications and native of Dallas, Texas, she is driven to bring you the best there is in African American Lit and to celebrate each storytelling in every aspect possible. The 1st African American Lit Book Expo in Dallas will be an environment where you will be able to meet and mingle with your favorite authors. Also, you will be able to meet new authors as well.

    Why should you sponsor?

    This is a community event done by one person and even though she is trying..she can't do everything. Our goal is to get into the urban community and push the teens and adults to read a book. We are trying to bring book awareness into the African American community in Dallas, Texas. This is the first event but it wil be an annual event moving forward. We are elated to start this book expo and if you can help in anyway from food, drinks, decor of any kind; we would be so grateful.
