About the event
An exclusive seminar organized to invite global thinkers to casually exchange their views on urging and globally important themes in Italy, Europe.
Hosted in a breathtakingly scenic environment in Florence and organized in collaboration with the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights, the event and the dialogues of participants will be video-documented, broadcasted online as well as edited into a documentary film to be submitted to film festivals.
Global thinkers from different continents and different walks of science, technology, economy, anthropology, philosophy and spirituality will discuss current trends and the future of humanity and the globe, issues of social relevance common across the globe and their relation with the media. Participants will not give lectures or present information in traditional conference manners, rather will walk in the park or have a meal while they share their knowledge and views, raise their questions and doubts towards each other. An interesting collide of cultures, fields of studies, personalities and understandings of the world and its future as they know it. Journalists and cameramen will document their intellectual exchanges.
Sponsors will have the chance to be promoted through EAVI’s and the event's website, newsletter, and social media sites (Facebook, YouTube EAVI channel, EAVI LinkedIn and EAVI Twitter), and through the final product, the documentary film, during online broadcasting and through film festivals.
Number of invited global thinkers: 6-8. The event will be very exclusive and high level, organised with the exclusion of the press and other participants. Minimum threshold to be achieved to organise the event is a budget of 50.000 EUR for the seminar's direct costs plus video production and dissemination.
