About the event
Milestones in Leadership Summit 2019 is set to be another fantastic event; with the Hyatt Regency, Huntington Beach already secured, as well as an INCREDIBLE speaker lined up to take the stage. You are invited to share in this successful event as a sponsor. Don’t miss out on this exclusive opportunity to access California’s top companies, their leaders and their executive teams.
2019’s event theme will be ‘Extreme Ownership: Building High Performing Winning Teams’ and once more we are ready to welcome leading companies and their teams from across California.
Our Keynote speaker Jocko Willink is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL officer, co-author of the #1 New York Times bestseller Extreme Ownership: How U.S. Navy SEALs Lead and Win.
By sponsoring Milestones in Leadership Summit 2019 you will gain significant exposure to these top-level decision makers and their companies and an experience not to be missed.
Why should you sponsor?
As a key sponsor of this event you will be supporting two amazing charities, The Honor Foundation, an institute that’s committed to helping the outstanding people, who have dedicated their lives to the Navy SEALs and US Special Operations, to transition back into civilian life. We will also be supporting the Child Abuse Prevention Center an Orange County, not-for-profit organization that directly serves at-risk children and families in crisis to prevent and break the cycle of child abuse.
This is your opportunity to not only build on your corporate social responsibility by supporting two fantastic causes but also grow your relationships with your top clients and increase your visibility to leading companies and industry leaders.

The Leadership Summit was founded in 2002 by Ron Hoefer, the Owner and CEO of Milestone Risk Management and Insurance Services a Southern California company.
In Ron's own words " I launched the Milestones in Leadership Summit in 2002 to fill what I identified as a fundamental gap in leadership that was hurting how our country and our businesses were being run. Instead of approaching business as a cutthroat, zero sum game, this one-day summit invites executive teams to have honest, courageous conversations with one another. Conversations that eventually become action plans that participants are eager to implement Monday morning."
This ongoing event goes from strength to strength and we invite you to become part of its legacy for the leaders of tomorrow.
