Garfield Carjill is the registered agent and current Managing Member of Lights of Enchantment. He obtained a Degree in Business MGT from Baltimore College, He is a Veteran, former Petty Officer in the US Navy with an honorable discharge. He has been a successful Builder and owner of Universal Real Estate Solution (URES) from 1995 to 2008. He has 8 years of Sales and marketing experience. He started and operate Albuquerque 1st Insurance Group, LLC. for 8 years from 2009 to 2018. He currently owns and operates AFIG Surface Restoration in Albuquerque, NM. Most important is his experience with Symphony of Lights in Columbia MD where he spent 4 years assisting in the development and running of this very successful light show. The show donated almost $2 million to the Howard County Hospital in that time.
He will be saddled with the responsibility of making executive and administrative decisions as regards the operations and functionality of the company. He is a very creative, forward-thinking, and strong, hands-on team leader, highly efficient, and results-oriented with exceptional management and organizational skills. He also has exceptional interpersonal skills combined with proven ability to drive profitability, manage, and nurture talent, deliver sales growth, form strategic partnerships, and successfully implement challenging projects.
He is an expert in executing team driven process improvements to increase revenue growth, operational efficiency, and excellent stewardship of revenue. He also has strong customer service orientation to work effectively with employees, the leadership of client companies, and others.
His responsibility is to oversee and decide what goes on in the business, which is in line with the stated goals and objectives. He will be in full operation devising all means and strategies, putting his entrepreneurship skills and experience in the business world to help Lights of Enchantment achieves its best standard and becomes people is first choice.
